The Rekord App was inspired by a search for the perfect Rekord log which could securely hold my best results (personal records) so that I could view them and use them to improve my lifting results - a lifelong journey. What you measure gets improved (and what you don't doesn't!).

The App leverages important calculations for your personalized theoretical one-rep maximum projection. This key calculation estimates how much you could lift for one-repetition and bases it on a lift you did of higher repetitions. Higher repetitions are safer, put your body at less injury risk, and ensure that you can continue to lift for a lifetime. But we all dream of the most emotional lifts possible - those done for 1 repetition - an all-out effort. So the estimator helps you prepare for that rare moment, knowledge of your one-rep-max Rekord is power.
