Great app

Not often will I give five stars to an app but this one is different. During the pandemic this helped a great deal.

Great Guided Meditation

I have used this app a few times and am impressed with the imagery that it invokes. I feel so relaxed afterwards. The voice is so easy to listen to. The music is pleasant and subtle.

Excellent App

My wife and I listen to this every night over speakers, before bed.

Very relaxing, and if I do wake up during the night I throw it on again, it works every time. TY
