Non functional
This new update is non functional. I had to go back using access number from my phone. The previous version was working well and I unnecessarily updated it with this version. Now this app has become useless.
I tried calling customer service- no one answers the call.
I tried email. I send all details but no reply. It’s been more than a month.

Is the Company Dead?
I’ve been a satisfied customer for a long time, but the service is non functional for a few days, customer service non existent. May be they have wound up??
Works great!
After reading negative reviews here I decided not to download the app; instead I sent Reliance global call an email asking for their feedback. Next day a tech support guy called me and assured me that the app works fine. He then patiently over 10 min (I forgot my iTunes pw to install the app) walked me through the installation. We did a couple of test calls and both went through without any issues. Since I live in Toronto I use the local access number option. I don't have the long distance issues that a couple of posters have had. I haven't tried the toll free option so can't comment. 1 cool feature is that you can see your $ balance in the top right corner. In sum, it's a good functional app.
