App features at a glance:
* Your Home Feed is your guide to next steps. You will see personalized prompts relevant to you and where you are in your journey. You can also set your own personal habit goal to practice for a given week (ex - meditate first thing in the morning)
* The Tracking Section is where you can weigh in and track you water intake, food and mood to receive feedback from our registered dietitian. If you track consistently, you can earn a free 1:1 dietitian session.
* The on-demand Library is where you can start one of Relish’s signature 12-week behavior-change program or find our expert-developed content, such as mind-body healing exercises, fitness coaching and nutrition tips.
