Description

★ Formerly Unretina / Unretiner, this is the original, and most popular resize app for developers! (Name changed at Apple's request).

Develop iOS apps? Easily resize your @2x or -hd cocos2d images in seconds! Great for testing out non retina devices before the big painful export from Photoshop.

Supports .png .jpg .tif and .bmp.

To use simply drag @2x or -hd named images (or a folder containing the images) onto the application, choose an output folder and you are done!

Remember that Resizer is great for some images, but nothing beats recreation.

We've had some great requests for features for Version 2:
* AppleScript Support (Automatically convert a folder when files appear)
* Sharpness Filter
* Other (better quality) scaling methods
* Drop files onto icon
* Settings to default to same folder and hide the message box.

Let us know what you'd like to see!

Great idea

I added a 640x920 image to this, and the "non-retina" version it gave me was *tiny*! Great idea for an app, but I won't be using it again because if I have to check every image it outputs I won't actually be saving any time.

won't resize

Resizeit was working fine until I updated it yesterday. Had to look for smth else. Gat this one. As it's not crazy enough to add @2x to the name of every picture ( and I have plenty to resize!), when I drag the pic and click and it says DONE the pic is nowhere to be found. I can only see the un-resized one. Where do I look for the resized, Anyone ?

Does the Job.

I like it, it's simple and easy to use.

I would only ask for one modification. please remove the success dialogue, if there is no problem there is no need to add another click.
If the software really needs to inform of the success of it's operation, it would be better placed in the main window, with a little animation.

Best Regards.
