App makes the user complete a captcha every time they make a booking despite already being logged in.

While it’s cool I can use an app to book instead of a website in my browser, the app is too basic compared to other booking apps. It doesn’t integrate with popular password managers, it doesn’t take advantage of field data that my iOS device already knows, it doesn’t remember the email address that you have registered with, so you’ll find yourself entering the same information multiple times: name, email, phone #, etc. Also, no ability to sync your booking to iCal or other calendar. Not even a link is provided.
These missing, essential, features really doesn’t provide a benefit over booking directly on a website. I’m patient, though, and will try this app again if and when it’s greatly improved.
It’s often behaving quirky, like it’s constantly reloading when I’m in the middle of entering a booking. The potential is there for this to be a great app but if feels like it was written by a single old school developer that uses outdated practises and is not up to date on modern UX design.

If I’m going to download an app to sign in to my gym, it better have wallet support in this day and age. This does not, and has not been updated since 2019. We have no idea what the privacy is like either as it has been so long since an update. I’m happy to change my review should wallet support be added.
