Don’t book through the app
When you make a booking through the app, it will tell you that a driver will arrive at the time you’ve selected. In reality, your booking is submitted at that time and the driver could take 2 minutes or 20+ minutes. If you have somewhere to be at a certain time, find a different way to get there.
Taxi was 25+ mins late
Ordered a cab for 1:45. At 1:55 they hadn’t arrived and the app said they were 17 mins out. I tried calling and couldn’t get a dispatcher. That’s unacceptable. I had a connection to catch that I would miss if I had waited. Had to find alternate transport.
Impatient drivers
Driver got mad that I couldn’t go through oncoming traffic
