Getting better, but far from perfect!

The app has become less glitchy, but they could make two small improvements.

I use the app from my iPhone almost exclusively and it is difficult to change the quantity for printing because of the cursor placement at the extreme right edge of the screen. You really have to fight with it.

Second, there are hundreds of docs in my scan folder and rather than putting new files at the top of the list, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to get the latest doc and then all the way back up to navigate within the app. Not convenient

Better than nothing

Customers tend to need training on the app but it’s reliable and straight forward.

Could use an overhaul to match the tablet op panels now.

At least we can print

Not intuitive at all.
We got the printing to work without AirPrint and Bonjour protocol, which is nice, since our printers are not on the same network as the mobile device.
