Description
Rides on Demand is a ridesharing app that lets you book shared public transportation along with others headed in the same direction. By giving you access to convenient transportation options, Rides on Demand helps get you where you need to be. Specific service zones, hours and details depend on what is offered by individual participating municipalities and campuses.
How it works:
• Download the free Rides on Demand app from the app store
• Follow the simple registration process so drivers will know who they are picking up
• Select the participating transit agency you want to ride with
• Request a trip for yourself (and companions)
• Our intelligent software algorithm will get to work and match you with a ride, which you can either accept or cancel
Rides on Demand makes getting around easy — all in real-time:
• Once your ride is booked, the app will tell you where and when to meet the vehicle. You will be able to see the vehicle on a map in real-time as it approaches and throughout your journey
• Stay informed throughout your trip with expected arrival times

We host exchange students, and they have the HARDEST time downloading this app to use during their stay in Lethbridge!
As of right now, they have to create a brand new AppleID with Canada as their Country/Region, download it, then go back to their original AppleID.
This app is necessary for their time in Lethbridge, in order to get around. Thank you.
Useless app
It said my ride had arrived and was waiting to pick me up, but there was nobody there. No vehicle in sight. Wouldn’t let me cancel or request a new ride. Has been stuck on “arrived, departing soon” for twenty minutes now. This is one of many problems I’ve had with this app. Buses are fine, app is broken. I’m only going to schedule rides via phone call from now on as this app is totally useless and defected.
Excellent app
I have been using this app for over a year and a half. It is easy and strate forward to use.
