Especially compared to apps from legacy auto companies, I love how Rivian keeps on updating this app to make it better and better. PAAK works perfectly for me, I appreciate that I can request service directly with the app, and the widgets are useful (although I wish you could switch the shortcuts - I don’t want to accidentally open my lift gate!) Love my R1S and the Rivian app as well.
