Can’t receive otp

During signup I received a popup saying “can not send otp to this number”. It maybe related to my number being a 015 number. Please fix this as I’m interested in using the app.

Not reliable for PCR test

Bad experience with the PCR test, should not rely on them. They do not hesitate to lie and tell you that your residence area is not covered when they call you last minute to cancel your appointment. Too bad for them, my wife had he PCR test with them just the day before at the exact same address so the “you are not covered” lie did not work with me and instead they asked me to wait another day to get my PCR test which was obviously not a valid option for me. They tried nothing to help. To avoid if you need a reliable PCR testing service.

Terrible experience

I used the app to book a covid test, got an sms with the results but didn’t receive the report needed for travel purposes. Spent 6+ hours waiting on customer service to solve the issue which never got solved from their end and had to figure things out on my own.
