Cannot connect to server
Overall, I am pleased with the system, but this app needs upgrading. Too many times when I attempt to login, the app cannot connect to the server. At least send a message to your subscribers so they are aware that the server is down. Especially when I am trying to arm the house or turn on lights and I can't login it's frustrating. A few times this app has been down from 12am-5am with no notice. Please fix this issue ASAP
Garbage App
This app has so many flaws that cause it to crash over and over. Kicks you out even after you sign in and select stay signed in. Then makes you go through sign in and verification just to disarm it. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this app for the service.
Won’t log me in
Won’t log me in and it doesn’t tell me if the login was incorrect or if servers are down
