Definitely worth giving this a try

Especially if you find the other apps aren’t hitting the spots. The app provides new alternatives to get at those tough spots. It’s encouraging to see these other options for movements.

Eric’s app

The very concise and timed exercises is what I needed for old aches, pains , old injuries and kyphosis. I can get relief from physios and chiropractors then it’s up to me to follow up daily with Eric’s exercises.
