Really good, but…
Super good app, I love the website and it’s even better here with how many features it offers.
The one thing that’s amazing is you can customize how you get ad’s which is fine and im okay as long as it supports the app and creators
the one thing that’s annoying is when you put the app in dark mode, THE AD’S ARN’T, so every time I’m binge reading at 12 or 2am, it’s like a flash bang, even the more subtle ones is like driving on the road and a car with its LED high beams comes towards you, I can still drive but my god my eyes are bleeding.
Great platform
Royal Road has its flaws but in my eyes, still the greatest online novel platform!
Royal Road is the reason for my passion in reading in general. This platform has provided excellent reading materials and novels for years and it beats all the other platforms that are money-blood suckers.
I will always be a fan of this platform. Seriously, the other competitions either try to low key brainwash you for their own nefarious motives in their own sponsored novels or lack any creativity and passion. I’m glad Royal Road has moved to mobile apps. Great job!
Good site, good app, annoying ads
Downloaded the app because the mobile site is sometimes slow on poor connections
The app requires you to either have constant banner ads or multiple full screen ads every few chapters. Some of the ads are particularly obnoxious and send you to the App Store when closed, or have non-functional skip buttons
