Why do I have to keep logging in?
Although the App itself works well, and even give me push notifications when significant news stories come up, it’s really irritating to tap on one of these stories, and being asked to log in to read the story. It seems that I’m forced to log in every second day or so.
Why can’t the App keep me logged in as it should, as other apps like the New York Times App and the Globe and Mail App do?
I’ve even been in touch with customer support who said that I should stay logged in, since that’s the way that it’s supposed to work, but clearly, it doesn’t work that way. Customer support was useless in this case.
I would rate this 5 stars if this log in issue could be addressed.
Log In
This isn’t a bad app and I’d give it better reviews if it didn’t log my profile out daily.
When I follow push notifications I get the message, “this story is for members only”.
Problem is, I am a member and I logged in to see the premium content yesterday and the day before that etc..
I understand that apps will require you to log in after updates and phone restarts, but this is not the problem.
please for the love of God, fix this so I can log in and stay logged in.
Saltire scam site?
This site does not seem to belong to Saltwire, but to another site looking for credit card numbers. If you have an account with Saltwire you can’t log in!
