When I was using this it didn’t transfer many of my messages and contacts

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Message data is supported through a wired connection to the Galaxy. Even if you have difficulties, it would be better to make another wired connection and try to move the data.
Even if you move data from iPhone to Galaxy multiple times, the data on the receiving device will never be erased or you will have two. Duplicate data is skipped and restored. It would be nice to try moving the data through a wired connection once again.

If you update the review content after proceeding through a wired connection, we will continue to check the content to make sure that there is no inconvenience.

I have been trying to transfer the information I have in my A70 Galaxy cell phone to a iPhone but it has been impossible. I tried using this app, but it looks like I could transfer that information just one way: from my iPhone to the Galaxy A70, can I do this the other way around? Please help me as recovering this information is vital for me. I went to Samsung Cloud, I am logged in but neither, there are not options that allowed me to download the information I need to get from it.

Smart Switch is a service for customers who change their device to Galaxy. The device you receive must be a Galaxy.
Data transfer to the iPhone you inquired about is not supported.

Transferring data wirelessly from an iPhone to Samsung I had to delete the app and reinstall to select other files in order to transfer them. Initially I only selected a few pictures and videos to start but then I couldn’t go back into iPhone to select other photos in case the app crashed

Transferring from iCloud was better though

We are checking your inquiry internally.
In the case of photos, when connected to the Galaxy, wired and wireless are supported in all ways, and they are moving normally when checking inside.

Maybe you have turned off some of the permissions of the Smart Switch app on your iPhone?
Please check the permissions in Settings > Smart Switch. All permissions (especially Photo) must be granted to enable normal operation.
