I am a fan but...
I really enjoy the app as it could truly be leveraged as an in-house social media platform and I believe a couple of improvements would go a long way:
- when users get notifications by email and click on the Jam link, they don’t get redirected (our prompted to be redirected) to their mobile app. Which causes users to abandon cause when they see they need to enter their credentials into a web browser
- the look is a bit outdated ...
Overall though, I really enjoy it.

This mobile app brings out the best of Jam. Usability is top notch, and is a much more refined experience over the SuccessFactors mobile app. Try it and you won't look back.
