How does SSM On Demand work?
- SSM On Demand is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the SSM On Demand app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a few streets of your requested destination. Our smart algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel.
How long will I wait?
- You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your minibus in real time in the app.

Having no bus would be better than having a Sault bus, because then you wouldn't waste time relying on a bus that never shows up
Worst ever
The whole concept is bad. It doesn’t make any sense. There are lot of people who got no access to technology that relies on public transport. This is just meaningless. What they actually tell you is that if you don’t book the ride they won’t stop to pick you up.. no matter what. Wow. For a city this small the public transport is a vital service. This is just unreliable.
Terrible System
Whole system is bad. Wait times VERY unreliable. Routes change on the app every time you blink. They change your bus and you’ll have to wait even longer sometimes and it’s been very very inconvenient. If I could have rated it a 0 I would have.
