Cannot have access through the APP

Neither this APP nor the website can let me log in, very upset!

App does not work.

I am unable to sign in after the update that occurred today

Update isn’t working

The old app wasn’t that great but the new update today it won’t even open and keeps crashing. You guys need to do a better job as this app is junk.
