Easy to use and very basic. Gets the job done. Wish the app was more like the desktop version as there are more functions there. Would be nice if the appointment emails gave more information to the client like service cost, right now it give time and service title. Customer service is good 😊 it’s not a bad app, just sometimes feels like it is in the beginning stages still.

If your looking for more the functionality of the full site, but love the way that app opens I've heard of other businesses adding the full site as a short cut. I just got a notice after over seven years that my price is about to triple because they're opening up all the features for one price. I don't use or need any of those additional features. When I called I was told this is the way it is now. High price and no loyaly to customers? Peace out.

Over the years, we’ve been building more and more features to help businesses grow and be successful. Historically, our a-la-carte model worked when we offered less, yet now that we now offer so many amazing features it has become a bit confusing. In addition, some businesses have been hesitant to try new features because it meant a change to their subscription price. To alleviate this, and give access to all the tools we offer, we made the decision to move to an all-inclusive plan that includes everything we offer for a single price of $34.99 for solo business providers.


Price increases are always uncomfortable—for everyone involved—and we only hope we can continue to provide an affordable, simple-to-use program even with our changes.

I really love this app but I would like it to be more like the desktop version with more setting options, and I would like to be able to see my projected income on the app, I always need to look at it through the desktop but now it is not working through my phone. I do not have time to constantly turn on my computer, wait for it to load and then check my income for the month or next two weeks. Hope this can be updated into the app some how or if the desktop version could be made more mobile friendly!
