Scouting Device allows you to "scan" the power levels of living beings. Who doesn't want to gauge the strength of their friends?
Scouting device comes with flash functionality, sound effects and three colorways. To use, simply aim at a subject and press the big orange button to begin scanning power levels. Scanning my be fast or slow depending on Scouting Device's calculations. Use Scouting Device now to gain an advantage!
