Can no longer send E-transfers after latest update

After selecting the recipient, the app loads indefinitely. Please fix.

Transfer info new phone

It doesn’t work or allow to sign in after you get new phone and nothing changes or does the user name etc. The updates are slow and more frequent have to navigate to call or email help that shouldn’t be an issue. More troubles now since being 21yrs or so member

2 year long disappointment

Always had problems with the app, the big update helped a little but it’s still an unusable bank, always holding weird deposits and not making me access my money, had this problem for 2 years now, and made 2 different cards to hope this problem would go away, whenever I transfer money into my Servus or get money they’re always unavailable and I can’t transfer them back, this bank is just embarrassing at this point, don’t make an account with them
