Whether you're smashing out a HIIT workout, pilates or your own custom circuit, the Sezzy Timer has NINE unique timers to use so your workouts are always efficient, fun and on track!

Each timer uses visual and auditory cues to ensure you know what exercise you're up to!
You can also listen to your tunes simultaneously as the timer to stay in the zone and maintain motivation.

All Timers Include:

- Visual cues including rest, sets, circuit, exercises, supersets or rounds (depending what kind of workout you’re doing)

- Auditory cues allowing you to step away from your phone and complete the workout purely through listening. Sezzy Timer specifies what round, exercise, set or rest period you’re up to. It will also help count you down until your next movement

- Works in the background of your phone allowing you to listen to music and smash through your workout, while hearing cues from the timer app

- Custom option to create your own personalised workout

- Pause, and play option

- Display of what is coming up next in your workout to better prepare your body.


The Sezzy Timer app is simple, quick and easy to use and requires little to no preparation. Setting up timers and organising rounds, exercises and sets can often be confusing and tricky, so I’m here to take the stress out of your workout. Follow my cues and you’re on your way to a successful, sweaty, soul fulfilling workout!

Buggy but a good app

There are times when the timer just resets while it’s running in the background. This is not good because you lose track of time while you’re working out.

I would love to see a save option for frequently used settings so no need to adjust the settings each time I open the app.

Some of the seconds options are limited like there’s no option for a 20s rest so I end up using their preset rest times like 30s.

Good app overall. Please update for bugs and improvements. It is a paid app after all.

Time is slow/inaccurate

Timer is inaccurate, runs very slow. so if you plan to do a 30 min workout, be sure to have time to finish it in about 40 min.
No back button once selection is made is also a pain.

Easy to Use

I use this timer app with Sweat It to Shred It and often I use it for personalized workouts. It would be EPIC if there was a way to save my custom timer settings.
