Stuck processing

Last two attempts the app was stuck “processing “ as I tried to start a charger. Needs to respond faster than many minutes. Good 5g network connection both times.

Unable to load balance after update

Unable to load balance after recent update, need to call customer support to activate charger every time. Issue exists across all shell recharge accounts/users. Ridiculous. Why should we even need to use an app in the first place? I should be able to tap/activate the machine with a debit card the same as if I’m filling air in my tires. No instead I have to call and wait on hold for somebody to remotely activate the station. No excuse for such a large and established organization to screw this up this hard

Can’t be used outside America

This app only tells you American charging stations. If you are travelling abroad it’s a different app that is region locked. This doesn’t help if your hiring an EV any where else in the world. The only way to find the complete list of EV charges is via the web page.

Hope this help any one else wonder what this issue is.

Shell you need to focus on showing all charging stations and making this global.
