Impressive

So easy to navigate through. Didn’t realize Shoppers carries the same brands as Sephora. Really convenient

Cannot collect point

It won’t show my card point, instead of that, it tells me to register my card. Even though I have already sign in with my account. And after I click register card, it just navigate to the website and let me to sign in my account again. After that, when I got back to the app, nothing changed and still let me register my card!

Doesn’t Work

Tried using it to make an account and renew my prescriptions. Search function for adding my pharmacy would load and then show no results, or say it couldn’t find my store (tried searching with intersection, postal code and store number, nothing worked). Used the mobile browser version instead. After updating my account information on the browser version I tried using the app again, still couldn’t show my my pharmacy, prescriptions etc. Even after deleting and redownloading the app and signing out then back in, no account info was updated. major bugs, just use the website instead
