SightLeveler is perfect for many situations:

Once SightLeveler is calibrated it is simple to use, just align the crosshairs to a mark or object and that mark is at the same elevation as your phone. Add a steady stick of a known height and you have a tool to measure and mark level anywhere.

This version adds the ability to change the crosshairs from light to dark depending on your environment. In low light conditions you can change the crosshair to white or black in bright conditions.
