Description
Signal 13 is a social justice app designed to promote dramatic and meaningful change in police conduct through direct community witnesses.
A community member may activate the app if they believe that their constitutional rights are in danger of being violated. Fellow members of Signal 13 who are in your vicinity will then receive an alert with your location and will be able to come to you to observe and document the situation.
