Never Silvercar
Glitchy UI - couldn’t take my license or credit card updates from previous rentals I had done. Sat at location for 30 minutes with a valid credit card and license that their app wouldn’t take until I just had to go to a different company. Maybe they should invest in a photo copier.
Best car rental experience ever
I have rented a lot of cars from traditional agencies, but this blows them away. Everything is done through the app which worked flawlessly. The location tracked my inbound flight and texted me to let them know when I was ready to be picked up. There were no pitches and threats to upsell me on expensive extras. Using the app I was in and out in minutes. Having an Audi to drive on California freeways is of course awesome as well.
