super hard to use - and i’m a gen z
This app is still usable, but it literally took me 10min to place one small order. First problem was that the whole page was resetting & logging me out each time I entered the coupon code from the home page (have to enter the coupon on the last checkout page in order to avoid this). The next problem is that there is no back button... so you have use the top category selection to add each additional item after your first, and then scroll and search. The app basically functions like a web browser view from 2005, it’s just doing way too much and constantly buffers or brings the page up and down so you end up clicking on links accidentally. Lots of pop ups advertising the same 75% off delivery fee coupon code (which really just brings your order down to a reasonable price considering every restaurant has a fee upwards of $7 (average fee in my area is $3).
My last issue is that when entering your card info to pay online (absolutely necessary due to Covid distancing), you can’t enter your card expiration date in app. there’s no “/“ in the keyboard that they give you, so you’ll get an error if you try to submit it as a group of numbers, eg “0923”. I had to write my expiration in my notes app and then copy & paste in order to submit my order.
So far it looks like my food should be delivered okay! I’ve been getting notifications no problem, & do enjoy that they have a unique notification tone specific to their app. Overall, I’ll probably still use it since I want to be able to buy from my favourite coffee spot and this is my only option, but i truly hope that the developer updates it soon!

Our apologies for the issues you were experiencing. There was an issue identified related to coupons not being properly applied and has since been resolved.
We will look at improving the the issue around navigation and adding additional items, and have investigated the problem entering credit card information but were unable to reporduce this using the latest iOS release.
