No experience is needed—the app actually starts by asking if you even own a guitar—and after a few quick questions about your skill level and background, you’ll be on your way to learning with tracks like Queen’s “We Will Rock You,” Aretha Franklin’s “Chain of Fools,” and Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy.” To help you grow your skills, Simply Guitar uses live feedback: It will recognize what you’re playing and provide real-time tips on your strum patterns and D chords. Start with basics, follow the lessons, and work your way up to power chords—you'll be playing lead guitar in no time.

Good but

I was really liking it but then realized that I would have to pay money for the next lesson my parents don’t have much money and I don’t want to bug them for stuff so I am going to try to learn on my own I do think it’s a good app if you have the money for it I would definitely recommend

It’s an amazing app! But if you have the money sadly

My father got me the subscription so I don’t have to worry. The app is amazing! My first lesson taught me better then a year of actually guitar lessons. With actually guitar lessons. I didn’t understand much everything was going too fast. But with simply guitar it kind of reviews things and goes back to jog your memory (kind of).

But it’s very sad that you have to pay. It’s very expensive for even 3 months! Like I said I did get the subscription and I don’t have to complain but there are people who cannot afford it. Maybe what you can do is if they don’t want to pay. They don’t have to. BUT like it most apps they don’t have access to most songs. And in order to access them they have to pay subscription?

Doing it this way is better than not letting the people who cannot afford, play at all. Other then that, I HIGHLY recommend this app especially if you only have little experience. Knowing a bit before getting started with this app is actually helpful.
