Each pose is demonstrated by a certified instructor, so simply choose your workout length and follow along in the comfort of your own home!

I used the Free app for over a year and finally decided to upgrade to the paid app. Definitely worth the money! Quiet voice, ocean sounds, 20-40-60 minute practices that I can do at home, on my mat, as my schedule permits! All this, for much less than just one yoga class in my city! I see the god in you!! First time I ever tried Yoga was a couple weeks ago. This APP has been really fantastic. Just upgraded to try level 2. This could be quite the adventure.
