SimplyBook.me admin 4+

After a long search and two days learning the software and figuring out how to adapt it to my business, I was surprised to find that it does not sync with apple’s calendar. You have to use Microsoft or Google.
Their excellent support line tells me there is no plan to fix this in the future. WTH?
How annoying to have to find something else because of a missing feature that I would have taken for granted. Now I’m still stuck using my old and inferior solution.
Otherwise 5 stars.

Simply put, I don’t get the other bad reviews… THIS app works! Keep up the great app!

After trying to figure out MANY other apps...

In their live support I asked Viktoria about the following:

- I need to book on a calendar, group bookings under their organizer's name.

- When I book anglophone and francophone clients, then notifications and reminders need to be in that client's language.

- I need to be able to book from 1 to 10 groups on the same time slot.

Meaning Timmy with a party of 4 players could be booked at 10 am.

And so could Sandra's group of 2 players be booked at the same time slot.

And Gordon's party of 14 players could also be booked at 10 am.

I only need to deal with Timmy, Sandra and Gordon... and not with each of the 20 people of their 3 distinct groups.

- I only need to view a calendar with all my group bookings on both my tablet (I use as a booking station) and my cellphone to view remotely my bookings when I'm on the road.

SimplyBook has answered all my questions within seconds and within an hour or so of tweaking my services and options I finally have my new favourite BOOKING app! Looking forwards of working with you guys!
