Sitly is free to download. When someone sends you a message first, you can always chat with them for free. A premium subscription is required when you want to start a conversation yourself to get acquainted with a babysitter or parent.

Platform works really well to find babysitters
The only thing that needs improvement is the video calls. It did not work for me on iPhone app and either on MacBook Safari

Terrible scam app
The app itself functions really well and is easy to use but the profiles seem to mostly be a scam. A couple of the people I found on other sites and when I asked him about their profile on Sitly and why they didn’t reply there they said they had never signed up so obviously their profiles have been scraped elsewhere were in falsely posted here. Hardly any replies regardless of your profile and hardly anybody that is actually active on the app on a regular basis. There are way better services out there so save your money on this Ken. Buyer beware!

It would be necessary to find your account in Sitly and to read your messages to know the reason why you have not received a response. Its a scam
I saw the same profiles on other places as well and when i texted them there is no reply on sitly as well.
I have asked a lot of people near me who work as baby sitters and most of them said that its a scam.
I paid money for subscription and texted lot of people. I got no reply. There is no refund option as well.
