In short , they are legally scammers.
The worst app . Once they took your money, you cannot contact them . I had to cancel my credit card because of them . All the bad reviews mentioned above, it happened to me . My mistake that I didn’t read the reviews before.

I hope this app got deleted from the app store .

This app will take control of your Skip account. They will not give you enough shifts, and they will take away your acquired or captured shifts randomly, sometimes minutes before your shift is supposed to start. You CANNOT rely on having any shift.

So you will get sick and tired of the shenanigans and will finally decide to cancel your subscription. Here comes the big surprise, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION!!

I tap manage subscription, it says an email have been sent to you containing a link to manage your subscription. But no email in the inbox, spam, or junk folder. Then you try to contact Support through the only way VIA Telegram and they will tell you someone from the team will get in touch with you within 24 hours. That’s another one of their lies, no one got back to me.

I had to file a dispute with Visa Debit and CANCEL my Bank card to stop the payments.

I also had to change my password to kick the bot out of my Skip account.

Huge PRIVACY ISSUE, BLATANT RIPOFF, and INCOMPETENT APP PERFORMANCE.

I opeted for the subscription even after cancelling they took out 60$ for 3 months. Have emailed them many times but never got a response. There is no way to get refund. I recently got charged on 17 th july and today is 18 th. Never got the shift captured and they are charging me again and again.
