Developers of this app need a wake-up call.
I’m sorry whoever approved this app to go public should be fired. For such a growing platform, when we live in 2024 and most access it through their phones, this app is slow, really really laggy and feels absolutely painful to use sometimes. You’re giving people poor UX and expecting them to stay on long subscriptions?
The two star is for the simplicity of the overall design, but it needs to be more functional.
Chat
Great app! So many good things and a wonderful way to connect with people. However 1/5 stars because chat is broken (UX) and that isn’t acceptable. Once you fix I will update my rice to 5/5
Currently chat looses the top bar so navigation breaks completely. Hopefully it’s an easy fix.
Also, apologies for the direct message. Hope you don’t take it personally :)
