Grind picks up bacground noise

I am not sure how to fix this … the grind ear buds pickup all the noise in the background when I’m on a call.

No better than the old app

Constant connection issues. Doesn’t make anything better really.

Terrible

I have tried for 2 weeks trying to connect my grind fuel headphones to this app. Bluetooth is on, I deleted the old skull candy app. I’ve turned headphones off, turned them back on, connected to my iPhone, repaired the headphones to my phone. Still can’t sync to the app. I’ve tried everything online and nothing….
Please help me!!!
