Not pairing

Wont connect my skullcandy dimes even though it’s from skullcandy

KINDA SUCKS

They barely have any options of earbuds that can connect like I have smokin buds and it says it’s not recognized as a skull candy product so that you don’t have to down load the app to see if your buds can connect, theese are the ones that can

Terrible - False Advertising

The features shown in the pictures don’t reflect what’s actually in the app, blatant lies. It used to work okay with my Crusher ANC headphones for a bit but would always take forever to connect to them. Now, the app doesn’t connect at all and customer service doesn’t even know how to help me. They say it’s a widespread issue.
