Good alternative to smart watch to monitor sleep

It’s a pretty sleek app with useful readings from the ring. It worked fine for a few days but suddenly I couldn’t login anymore. Customer support took a few days to answer but they resolved the issue and I was able to login again. The data syncs with Health. The aggregated weekly or monthly views show trends and the values come with interpretation guidelines.

No data again. Missed data reporting four times last month. This unit is defective and no longer useable after one year.

Do not buy these products

Hi everyone. I am quite frustrated. I have been wearing the Go2Sleep (fingertip style) for a few months on and off. I was relieved to find a product that could assist in understanding sleep issues. I stopped wearing it because one day I woke and it had burned my finger where the device was on my finger. After being in touch with them and them assuring me it could not be their device that burned me, I tried it again on a different finger. Same thing ... woke up with a burn on my finger! Their response ... "I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you" -- they had the PERFECT opportunity to say maybe I got a faulty unit and make it right! If that had happened, I would have full respect for the company and I really do believe sometimes in production it is possible for a very rare lemon to be built. Nope! Now I just know that I wasted my money on a company that does not believe a customer and does not care. The irony is they actually have this clause on their webpage: "We may where possible, offer to repair the item. If this is not possible, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. We will not charge you for shipping, but you may be liable for import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivering the replacement item. Please see the Product Warranty booklet in the product branded box to learn more about our Product Warranty Policy." Nor did they say ... "hey we just finished a big holiday promo .. how about we offer you an even better price and you can try the ring style (or whatever!)." NOTHING was offered. And I bought it last July so it is still under warranty -- meaningless!!! Do not buy from Sleepon Health -- they do NOT stand by their product! These photos are not the best as trying to take a photo of your dominant hand with your non-dominant hand is tough! :). I cannot attach here but I did on the Facebook group “SLEEPON Users” But not to worry, it is not really a faulty unit. I just *happened * to wake with a burn on the finger that I wore the Go2Sleep on and it is my fault and purely coincidence. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Laughable to be sure!
