This app is incredible
I smoked for 20 years and have been successfully quit since New Year’s Day thanks to this app. I give this app my full attention, a few times a day, everyday.
Whether it’s the daily missions, daily diary entries or chatting with the AI bot, this app is always making me view myself as a non smoker.
It can feel silly doing some of the missions at first but you’ll soon realize they’re all very important. Not putting a cig to your lips is half the battle. Learning to change how you think of yourself, your body and your overall health is the other half of the battle (in my opinion). That’s the part I always failed at. I no longer feel like a smoker on an extended break but now I feel like a true non smoker. I smell good. I have more time and money. And my body is improving daily.
I’ve tried quitting before but this time has been easier and I’m certain that is because of the support this app offers. Stay strong fellow non smokers! And thank you to the developers for such a great app.

Here in Canada we spending like 30 buck a day 15 dollars a pop for every pack. I do very well for myself never realized 80000 was in smoking 9855 on someone that's gonna take me away from my potential.
