I purchased a gift card for Full Fresh, but I couldn't use it at checkout. I had used the same gift card last week without any issues, but this time, despite multiple attempts, I faced impatience from the staff and couldn't complete my purchase. It was a horrible experience. Adding to the frustration, I tried to reach customer service during their work hours over 10 times, but received no response at all. This level of service is unacceptable. 0 star if I could
