Worst customer service

I initially spent $30 on this game and that ended up costing me over $600. This company made three unauthorized withdraws from my bank account, totally around $600. I could not reach anyone by phone, as the number on their website is not in service. Reached them by email and it was like pulling teeth. Finally they have “cancelled” the payments but I have yet to receive my money back. Be very careful if you are considering spending money on this app. It may cost you much more than you anticipate.

Lots of glitches, bad customer support

The customer representatives lie about issuing refunds for game crashes. They OVER charge much more than the cad to usd rate on each transaction. For example if you want to deposit $20 they will charge your card anywhere from $27.32-$30.00 including their own tax, on top of the dollar rate. SCAMMERS. This should be the first thing you notify ppl about before depositing. Apple do us a favour and omit this scam app from the App Store so that others don’t fall for this bs!

I seen the ads for it, wanted to try it. I really need the cash. I’m supporting more then myself I work a lot but I’m not making enough to live a normal life. I have no money to even afford to pay to play. I didn’t know that was part of the game to start it. Kinda missed that in the ad. At least I expected a buck or two. But after reading the reviews I realized this is something that would probably ruin what little I have 😅. Thank you for those who actually posted these reviews. You guys should make them accountable and get everyone the justice they deserve with this company’s app!
