Features

Homeowner Education – SolutionView Tablet helps walk the customer through the causes of their problems, so they can understand why you’re recommending the full suite of solutions your company offers.

Automated Solutions – When you ask questions like, “Are you interested adding a rain sensor to your system?” and the customer says, “Sure!” – Your company’s preferred rain sensor is automatically added to the Options Page.

Findings – Once the inspection is complete, the findings section helps the user share with the customer all that they’ve found, the cause, and what solutions are needed. SolutionView Tablet makes it easy for a customer to express interest in solutions, and lets them add them to the options page without commitment to purchasing.

Presentation - For larger projects, use the presentation feature to walk through the different solutions available to them. Each presentation has a follow-up area where they can continue to learn more or add to solution to the options page.

Tiered Options and Right-Sizing – SolutionView Tablet provides three project options for the homeowner to see all that is possible. The options page allows for them to compare projects without the need to leave the screen. The power in this page is that the homeowner can choose & select themselves! As selections are made, prices change. If you offer incentives or financing, apply those right to this page so that the customer see those in consideration into their final project selection.

Proposal and Payment – After the presentation, the homeowner is presented with a professional branded proposal and payment can be taken.

Solution Details Screen Revamp

Organized Tabs:
The Solution Details screen is now elegantly separated into tabs for drawings, findings, and products, making navigation and presentation clearer and more focused.
Drawing Annotations: Enhance your discussions with the ability to annotate drawings using a highlighter tool, perfect for emphasizing specific aspects directly with customers.

Presentation Screen Enhancements:
Streamlined for visibility, with a consolidated “start presentation” button and collapsible sections for intro, form/areas, and outro—intro being the primary focus upon screen opening.

Add Solutions Screen Improvement:
A clearer interface with 'Done' and 'Cancel' buttons, making selections straightforward and mistake-free.

Add Product Prompt Clarification:
Updated dialogues clarify the process of adding products with or without sub-areas, removing any confusion and enhancing user experience.

Streamline appointments with discounts that are automatically applied. For the new form/area specific discounts, those discounts will only be added if the form/area has been added to the appointment.

Project Comparison Enhancements
New display options to hide products or sub-areas for a cleaner comparison view, along with a toggle for viewing two or three projects.

Review & Complete Screen Enhancements

Review Screen:
The project summary now takes a prominent top position, ensuring project details is the first information the customer and you see when opening this screen.

Complete Screen:
A redesigned layout offers a clearer path to completing appointments, with options for form completion, customer portal contacts, and cloud sending options, including a choice to send the customer portal link each time you send to cloud.
