Didn’t work for me
Perhaps I didn’t give it a chance but initially, to set up an account, I needed to sign in with Google or Apple, not with my email and unique password. Then when I tried to select a wine, I received different varieties, no idea of cost or specific brands. I was not planning on a fee based app to select my wine. Perhaps I have missed the point.

Hi there, thanks so much for your feedback and we're sorry you had trouble signing in to the app! Our team is working hard to launch sign-in via email soon, among other very exciting features. For now you can either navigate the app without signing in, or use your google mail or apple mail. Stay tuned as we know this is important to you and our users! As for the recommendations, we offer/suggest varieties and styles of wine to help guide you, no matter if you are shopping, browsing your personal collection, or perusing a wine list at a restaurant. However we do offer recommendations of bottles, with images and prices, with retail stores in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta (and expanding to more locations soon! stay tuned for more on that as well :) - And using the app in getting recommendations is free of charge as well! Happy to hear more feedback you have anytime directly at community@somm.io.
