This is a free educational course developed for those, who only start their training or get back on a track after a long break or injury. Our main goal - to educate and train people of any age, gender or physical conditions.

SOTKA program is designed for 100 days, during which you will everyday get new useful information and perform training complexes consisted of basic bodyweight exercises.

SOTKA is divided into 2 big theory blocks, each covering all the main topics and providing answers to all your questions.

BASIC Block (Day 1 to Day 49):
- Detailed review of bodyweight exercises;
- Detailed review of nutrition;
- Infoposts with answers to the most popular beginner's questions: how to breath, how to improve flexibility, how to train during summer/winter, how to learn pull-ups from scratch, how much water to drink, how long should training session be and etc.

ADVANCED Block (Day 50 to Day 91):
- Exercise's biomechanics and muscle work;
- New training techniques every week;
- Detailed review on different body systems;
- Practicum on training programms development;

TURBO Block (Day 92 to Day 98):
- Challenge yourself with 7 unique training routines;

APPLE WATCH & APPLE HEALTH:
- train using the Apple Watch;
- track your progress through the Health application (the app requests access to Health to obtain data on heart rate, personal parameters and training data).

Great

Amazing amount of information spread out in daily posts. Really well structured and quite demanding despite the simplicity. One of the workout apps worth keeping and doing the program all over again several times. I'm at my first and I know I'm not strong enough to use all of it to its maximum yet!

Awesome app!

Thanks Anton and his team for great workout program and app. I have a very simple taste - I like the best! Have not finished the program yet, but already more than half way through. Great timer feature so you don’t have to remember how many sets completed as long as you clicked “done” (works also with Apple Watch, which is an additional benefit as you don’t have to keep your phone next to you). Will probably do another 100 days to improve my strength as still struggling with pull-ups - I’m a beginner (female) using band to assist, started just with hanging down as didn’t have enough strength, increasing the time daily, now can do 3-4 with the band. Was very surprised by progress after 50 days - from 4 to 13 push-ups, from 40 to 80 squats! Hopefully when I finish the 2nd 100 days/SOTKU, you guys will launch a new advanced program and I will have enough strength to do it. The goal is set! I’m glad I know Russian language so I switched in the settings - you’ll get more videos (obviously in Russian language), but very informative and very helpful. Kudos to you guys!

Thank you very much for your feedback! You should definitely be able to do regular pull-ups after second round of SOTKA! We are planning on making english videos too, but at first we have to fix all the misspellings and mistakes in texts!
