Where is Phase 2??
This app is super easy to use when you’re in Phase 1/Weight Loss. Beyond that, you’re kind of screwed. The options then become “low carb” and “very low carb” and both note “for when you’ve reached your weight loss goal”. Having it by phase would be clearer, and fail proof.
EDIT AUG 2020: I was told it no longer follows phases as with the original diet. You just keep on as is.
One other thing to note is most items are not listed in their categories correctly. More often than not, you’ll have to change things from “other” to the right place. Maddening.
