A user friendly and educational platform on learning finances from a young age. Teaches the little ones and adults to budget, save and spend smart. Even better, it’s totally parent controlled while allowing kids to be in charge & responsible with their finances. Win win situation. Highly recommend this for all families regardless of age.
I signed up for Spendsafe because of their advertised $70 sign-up bonus ($20 cash plus up to $50 in referral rewards). Unfortunately, the offer never arrived. After multiple attempts to follow up, I was completely ghosted across every platform I tried.I attempted to call their support line, but it appears to route to a generic overseas call centre where the agents didn't even seem to know what company I was referring to. There is no meaningful customer support structure in place, and getting a clear answer is nearly impossible. From what I can tell, everything operates as a white-label solution backed by People's Trust Company / People's Group behind the scenes. The front-facing brand feels extremely thin.Looking at their presence on Linkedin, it appears to be run by just a couple of individuals, and they’ve been largely silent for months aside from running ads on Instagram promoting this sign-up offer. The lack of transparency is concerning. The terms and conditions for the promotion were either broken or missing when I tried to review them. If something goes wrong - for example, getting locked out of your account - I have very little confidence you'll be able to reach anyone for real help.Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest choosing an established bank or reputable fintech instead. Based on my experience, this company is not worth the risk.
The sign up is easy and intuitive. It will really help me to teach my kids about managing money in a safe and fun way
Spensafe is a must-have app for families—parents can guide spending while kids learn budgeting and saving. A simple, effective way to build financial literacy early on.
Really smooth and efficient m. Would recommend m.
It’s simple to use and is a fun way for kids to learn how to manage money. Great way for kids to start learning about money management and for teaching financial literacy early on.
