Could be Good

Holding your finger on the screen is a pain while squeezing and you end up setting off other functions, and losing your progress.

There is no haptic feedback, you could easily work away and squeeze with eh write haptic cues.

Hopefully they will update, because it is a well done app otherwise.

Watch app not worth it

The app itself has moving visuals and vibrates to cue you to squeeze but the watch portion is not worth using. The app on the Apple Watch 5 has the screen turn off while in-use and it needs better visuals. The reminder seems to pop up multiple times for one reminder, is quite annoying and the settings do not allow you to configure this.
