Good - but could be more user friendly
Seems like a good app, but could be more user-friendly. I tried to set up the BLS 5-day split for my specific schedule, but instead de-selecting it to have it re-start for Mondays, it deleted the whole BLS 5-day program, and even after reloading the app it no longer comes up as an option.
No longer works!
Worked great for months! I could see my progress and my PR’s and it was so easy to add my exercises. Truly loved it. Last week I tried opening it and was stuck on “offline mode”, tried different wifis, VPN’s, nothing. So I uninstalled and tried reinstalling and now I can’t sign back into my account! I’ve lost all of my progress and logs. Total bummer. Hope there’s a fix soon
Great app but needs some TLC
When you do machine or dumbbell exercises with 45lbs it shows up as “0”.
The workouts also aren’t very flexible. If I change an exercise for one lift, it changes the workout that’s programmed into my schedule.
Adding an apple watch app would also make the app more convenient
I like that the app tracks total weight lifted and progress records.
