Many airlines don’t respond

Unfortunately this app mostly work for the majority of North American airlines, I get responses within minutes, however airlines from Europe and Asia, they respond after a week or don’t respond at all which is frustrating. I just take my chances in flying standby with or without this app since I’m not getting anything.

Hi! Thank you for reaching out. We actually do have a lot of members at European and Asian airlines, and our data shows that most requests get answered within minutes. I'm sorry to hear that your milage varies. Some airlines are indeed known to be slower to respond. If you want to know how many members we have at an airline, check out https://stafftraveler.com/members. If you reach out to us at support@stafftraveler.com and mention the airlines that you posted requests for, we can focus on getting more members on board for those. Please note that requesting loads more than a week prior to the departure of the flight might not always be the best strategy. Many airlines (like EK) only start showing the loads 72 hours before departure. Also, loads do change a lot. Generally, we advice to start requesting loads 3 days before your flight and request updates when getting closer to the departure date. Lastly, did you know that your credit is automatically refunded if your request has not been answered at departure time? Thanks again for your feedback.
