Forgot my password

Beautiful app but the new app doesn’t recognize my finger print. Forgot password isn’t working.

Access is Inaccessible!

Been 1 year now that I have been locked out of this bank! Hardly could anyone help resolve this even after visiting the country in person. Forgot password is requesting debit card info that was never issued for business banking. Simplicity and ease of access will solve 50%of the issues you guys have or get the right people to do the work!!!

Poor and unprofessional services

Please for your sanity, stay away from this bank and anything to do with them. Had a transaction pending for 3weeks with unreplied reminders. Worst customer service EVER!
